Happy Easter everyone! I did it! Celebrating my success of Lent’s sacrifice (and it’s actually 46 days!): #veganchallenge. Came home from church and was so hungry, I needed some fuel. So I made some breaky myself: high protein low carb vegan avocado, banana pancakes! Used flax, chia eggs, almond meal, vanilla bean and coco oil, and created my own protein powder from hemp, quinoa, green lentil, a dash of oat and brown rice, and vanilla bean :)

Topped on some homemade almond butter and cashew cream cheese (From the carrot cake I made! Post later!) sprinkled a little maple syrup and cinnamon 😋
Got thirsty so I paired it off with homemade orange carrot juice.
Wah, stuffed. But thankful, happy, and feeling like a million :)
